The Employability Assessment module is an integral part of the training program designed to evaluate participants' knowledge and skills within specific industries. In this module, participants will have the opportunity to be interviewed by professionals representing various sectors relevant to their training. The interviews will assess participants based on predetermined metrics, which may include technical proficiency, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, adaptability and industry awareness. Following the interviews, participants will receive personalized feedback highlighting their strengths and areas for improvement. This feedback aims to provide valuable insights and guidance to help participants enhance their performance and develop the necessary skills for success in their chosen industry.

The process of building a resume is an important step in the job search and the most over-looked. Resumes are considered the first impression to present ourselves in front of recruiters. We help students prepare impactful resumes, starting from their formats & structures, introduction, professional summary and so on. We also focus on cover letters, additional documents and also online presence and LinkedIn profile.

We help students prepare and convey valuable information about their education, abilities and their previous projects. We provide training from understanding the interview process, common questions, enhancing verbal communication skills, and body language and also mock interviews and feedback.

Group Discussion plays an important role in understanding the interactive skills of the participants, how well they are interacting with each other and also how they behave, contribute and participate in a group. We provide training in understanding group discussion, effective communication, active participation, feedback and self-improvement. 

Our Mentoring and Employability Enhancement program, facilitated by  experienced professionals, presents bespoke guidance for students and  early-career professionals. Leveraging our extensive expertise, we offer  individualized mentorship to cultivate proficiency, strategic career  planning, and adept communication. Employing a personalized approach, we  conduct one-on-one sessions to dispense indispensable insights,   enabling candidates to adeptly showcase their competencies with  self-assurance.
